I joined here a month ago looking at the reviews in Google. All the reviews tends to be true. You get a very good trainer Mr Shakthi, a diet plan and workouts with personal significance despite not opting for a personal training. I have straight away joined for a 1 year plan hoping to get the best result out from here.
It's been more than a month since I joined this place and it's a wonderful place to workout and reach our goals. It's a well equipped and amazing gym. The main positive attributes of this place are that the master helping and keeping us motivated and the flexibility of the timings they have.
I have started working out at this gym for past few months. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The trainer is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. The highlight here is that the owner of the gym is the trainer and moreover he will be available all day to assist. Not like other studio's that they will train you when you are ON for the day, here they will ensure that you are ON for all days and you will be questioned if you miss a day training. The pay is more affordable when compared to the facilities and the guidance provided. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a top-notch workout experience!
One of the best gyms I have been so far. The best trainer to guide you with the exercises based off your body type to get you into your best shape. Very supportive since the day I joined. The best thing is that the music and ambience in the gym makes you go beyond your limits.
The gym offers a fantastic range of modern equipment, making workouts diverse and effective. The trainer is helpful and motivating, positive and encouraging . Overall this gym is a great place to join.
Myself and my husband recently joined this gym. Total fitness studio is a fantastic fitness center that I highly recommend. It is a decent gym with good ambience and maintenance. The atmosphere to be quite enthusiastic and energetic. Very comfortable place for both men and women. Gym equipments organised in good way. Highly recommendable for ladies.
