Torne ENT Hospital - Private hospital in Nashik - Nashik, India

Not wanted to give 1 star also... But I want to tell the Facts to public. Hospital staff is Third Class ( even the third class is having a Class) Useless Receptionist most arogant staff is recruited by torne doctor. I tried calling 7.30 am in morning from parking of the hospital they didn't receive the cal. All the landline are ranging but not attended by that Receptionist girl ( i don't remember her name Small height and dark colour skin tone) l when I just go on first floor receptionist book my appointment immediately... It means they just want to come physical just to get appointment and it's not just that the Staff is Very Very Arrogant.. Afternoon staff is so Chutiya that people is having Ear Problem and the staff talking at High Level if noice And Doctor intentionally put Female Staff on Reception so that People won't complain directly and Don't argue.And if someone complaint then the Receptionist will have a big argument .. I will recommend don't go this hospital there are many specialist in Nashik. Doctor it's Advice to you to change the Staff. Don't go here guys

Dr. Torne is very Kind and humble. Explain our problem very clearly. But hospital's staff is very pathetic. There is patjetic service for registration in morning 8.00 am. No one takes a call for Dr. Appointment. Staff is very rude, Specially From reception. They didn't help new patients. Disappointed from the all service

Worst appointment system. Appointment time is 8 to 8.30 am and receptionist never picks call. Doctor should look into matter, or doctor is also same do not care for the patient.

Worst management ever, takes whole day for one appointment. You have to sit for more than 4 hours for 2 min checkup, i would never suggest this hospital to anyone.

Not giving results. I'm going two times for the concelstation for my throat infection not giving results After checking recipcienst take our mobile gives 5 star rating their hospital They increased their rating

Not recommended..my 5yrs daughter was having rhinitis/nose congestion issue and Dr Torne suggested to operate her for adenoctomy. He said, after surgery, this issue will be resolved.Since he is well known Dr, we agreed for operation. Post operation, there was releif for 2 months but again same symptoms started appearing, her nose started congesting again. We again visited Dr Torne and asked him why this is recurring even after operation.He told there could be some other reason and he just refused to take responsibility. He prescribed some antiallergic, we continue it for 2 months but issue remains the same. Now we have started homeopathy and we are getting good results . It was my wrong decesion to go to Torne and operate my 5 yrs old daughter. Apart from this, his charges are much higher than others. Not at all happy with his response and treatment .

Doctor is very intelligent. Staff is very rude. bad management, they don't care about there patients time, we have to wait for 2-3 hours.

Today I've visited hospital for consultation with Dr. Umesh Torane for my spouse. He is a senior ENT specialist. I've found him true professional with all humbleness. The process of thorough physical checking, detailed discussion, noting points in computer system, following modern technology and equipments. I believe only required Medicines prescribed. We were ready for surgery as advised by other ENT. However, he has advised not to make haste and prescribed course of medicine. Someone may think that RS.700 professional fees bit higher but these patients may end up paying much more to others for unwanted investigation, medicine and procedures. Further giving extremely lower ower rating only for the reason of behavioral issues with particular support staff is not correct. Reviews are posted to help others who is looking for good doctor etc . and not for taking revenge. I've not found any reason to rate this place below 5 stars. There is much rush for consultation with doctor and patients has to wait for hour or more. This also shows the popularity of doctor. I've found patient from all economic class here. The hospital is located at road frontage, for two wheeler there is no parking issue. Four wheeler need to park nearby place. We have parked our car @ nearby vacant plot. I'm much satisfied with my first visit with Dr. Umesh Torane sir.
