hey everyone,, this is my own experience with the hospital (topstar),, firstly I tell you all,, this hospital needs money yes,, treatment wise okay but more treatment and less recovery,, this is strategy of topstar hospital... Who's have ESI persons and came to this hospital (topstar) they gonna write X And Y tests and scannings then they can staying the persons is okay,, but they are not ok with...waste hospital. Doctors Who's reading this message you're all waste with your studies and doctrines... why because you're doctrines use to help others not your own self
Do not depend if you are looking for quality and complicated cases. Ok ok for non urgent cases. Over Utilised staff. Too much delay in the discharge process. I went for discharge at 10 AM in the morning and returned around 5:30 PM Food given to patients is not suitable for patients but yes it may be good and tasty for non-patients. Quality of treatment does not match the rates. If you don't need or not they will charge for diet consultation 600/-. I am sure this is of no use for each and every cases. Only needy cases they need to charge. Poor Quality/maintenance of ICU especially the MICU. Doors are open. Mosquitoes inside. Rest room (inside ICU) is without liquid soap and sanitizers. For simple tablet or any item, you have to run 4 floors down to pharmacy. In fact, they should buy whatever is required and include in the final bill and not to trouble the patient's attendee to run in the middle of the night or whenever.

Today came to hospital from Eluru for master health check up, all tests done completed by noon. Hospitality is nice, they provided breakfast and lunch without any charge. Surgery, gynaecology, cardiology consultations included in package. Caring staff, overall good experience.
Iam very happy with my visits at TopStars Hospitals. Dr.Sandya Rani mam is an excellent doctor.her guidance made my journey to be mom absolutely trouble-free. For her lovely behaviour and good communication skill, sure you will feel free to share all your health issues. She listens, answers all of my questions and never rushes her patients. Amazing doctor, and nurse's are so friendly.

Admitted my father on 3rd of aug due to heart pain, went through diagnostics and suggested to go for stents due to high risk cabg, hospital staff was helpful and doctor monitoring was also excellent, special thanks to Dr. Thabish and team along with MD. Srinivas tatineni garu and his team, couldn't be possible with out you all. The process from the beginning to till discharge was very smooth and hassle free.
