I took my car with an AC problem. They diagnosed it as the pump issue. But another service tech found out it was just a pressure valve issue. Not impressed !!!!

Top class vehicle maintenance centre with experienced labour and excellent spares. As the name says it id in top serving the needs of the clients. Have every section of four wheel maintenance. From washing to body works everything is there. Have well experienced service advisors who will help the client for deciding what needed for the vehicle and how much it will cost for them to get it done. The service centre is easy to spot from normal traffic. Nice location. Have nice comfort area for those who want to wait while the vehicle is serviced. Different sections are maintained by dedicated staff.

Bad staff, bad service, sketchy incident. They offer on road breakdown assistance in nearby areas, which is the only positive. Few months back I had broken the serpentine belt of my Ford Figo, it was replaced by them, but they insisted there was a pulley damaged and suggested replacing it. I obliged and the repair cost me 4X than if I had replaced the belt alone. Sad thing is the belt broke again after 3 months, and my nearby local mechanic replaced it and it's still running strong after 6 months. I thought it could have been a lone incident and left it that. Had a periodic service done by them where they did not replace the steering oil, even after specific instruction. What triggered this review is recently I had issues with my car battery, which was under warranty. On taking my battery to the battery dealer, I discovered that this battery had been replaced and not the battery I purchased from the dealer. I verified it because the battery did indeed look worn out and as though it had been opened before for filling water or something. My original Amaron battery was new and under warranty. I had not taken my car to any other workshop other than Topserv in the time period concerned. My local mechanic replaced the belt in my presence. Maybe, just maybe, it was not done on purpose, but this is what triggered this review, and well deserved due these multiple incidents.

Worst experience. Fake promises. Misleading customers with false information. Irresponsible behavior. Fake promotional messages in social media as their achievement. Poor repairing. I gave my car for repainting. They promised to deliver the car in 1 week time. Even on the previous day of the promised date they were confident on keeping up the promise. Next day when I contacted them on when I can collect the car they gave some foolish excuse like putty has not dried, this repeated for the next 1 week. In the mean time the contact person started ignoring my call and I had to find some alternate number to contact them. And finally when it was about 2 weeks I informed them that I need the vehicle today by any means. Finally.... when I received the vehicle I am disappointed on the way they have repaired, there were still scratches on the handles where they had painted, The vehicle was not cleaned properly as I could see the putty dust was all inside the vehicle. some of the fittings and screws were missing on the door. I informed them and they told that they will search for it and fix them back, later I had a call from topserv for the feedback, I queried on what happened with my missing parts, they never responded on that, I even visited their service center. Recently I noticed that they have posted false information on Facebook (as if they have delivered in 1 week).
