Had really nice and fast service and had opened a lot of options lately apart from just ice creams. It had a wide variety of fresh ice creams, sundaes, shakes, mocktails, shooters and had many more options. A Tnt special sundae was good.

I remembering during my college time, this was the favorite place for party treat among all students especially in girls. Nice location, Parking [P] facility nearby Shop, spacious.

Situated at the hot spot of New Market which of course tends to its higher sale and popularity amongst the public. They serve the best ice cream for sure.

This one is a bit tricky! Top in town is a local brand. They have done well to create a local connect. So whenever, i have gone to this place with people who grew up in Bhopal and have returned back after a long time, they are sipping into or biting into nostalgia when they order from here. There experiences and mine are very different. For me, this isn't the finest icecream that I have eaten at this price point. I have had much better. The flavours feel more artificial and you can sense the after taste of the essence and flavours. It isn't as creamy too. Many national brands are far better. Without comparing, if I were to eat an ice cream or sip into a shake or cold coffee, everything tastes fine. It isn't the best ever but it surely is better than many other street side places across the country that serves such shakes or local ice cream. Go ahead, enjoy the shake. Ignore what your local friends in Bhopal would have told you and the hype they would have created. You will be disappointed as you will never be able to relive their nostalgia and wouldn't get the hype. But you wouldn't be disappointed with the taste in general.

Hugely disappointed with the Pina Lemon Soda day before yesterday. I've made it a point to take my guests there for it for years. This time I was having guests from UK. You'll know what I mean if you have checked out their Pina Lemon ice cream which is an absolutely awesome flavour. They used a soda without fizz and probably forgot to add the ice cream to it. The car was parked at a distance so the only option for us was to dump it in the dustbin. I know I can't dump the brand but please be careful if you're ordering ice cream soda

It's full of crowd almost all the time. People are queued up every time you go there. Variety of icecreams are available with great taste.

The quality is Good but nowadays customer service is poor or in other words pathetic nowadays. Seems popularity rose to mind. Staff behaviour is very rude earlier it was not there. Welcomed well by the owner and staff. But now the staff is rude and accusing customers for mistakes made by staff. I will think twice before revisiting. BTW customer since 1995, whenever I visit New Market do touch Top-N-Town. But
