Service wise and cost wise they are the best, even though they have a quaint set up none of the other nail salons can beat them and I'm a regular customer for manicure and pedicure. Why are there only three stars because of the attitude of the new receptionist, I own a membership card and I had mentioned while billing and when I was booking the appointment. Yet she conveniently had billed without applying the discount which I realised later. Membership cards were taken for a reason and if you don't want to give discounts let us know before. This has been truly an unpleasant experience for me. When I asked her for a reply she said I didn't show the card, which I was having in my wallet if I had to i would have and the next reply was a sorry. I have introduced many of my friends to this place and yet for a small discount i don't think I deserve this kind of treatment. Reply to the comment left by the salon owner: I have brought this to your notice why because I had repeatedly mentioned about the card over call and while billing and reply from her over mssg was the card was not shown. Earlier practice was that I just mention that I have a card and Vidya knows I hold the card so applies discount and will let me know final amount. Forget the discounts and all,I understand she is new here and I never said I'm not giving another chance(since you had read the mssgs) but the attitude again is as if the mistake was on us. P.s. my friend happened to be there a week later for another service and when she enquired about the incident the reply was aloof. That's what made us unpleasant. Not the WhatsApp convo. Hope you have corrected her mistakes and I never doubt the services done by other girls, I have been repeating this place because of the other services.. Good day!

I had a decent time the first few times but the last time they gave me a foam nail extension, even though i wasn't keen on it. And it was horrible. My nail broke in a week and I had bleeding and needed to take meds to manage it. I hope they learn to listen to the customer. Another feedback is please don't take the last appointment for the day. The staff are in a hurry to leave and don't finish the job fully.

I've been doing lashes at topcoat for very long time and their work is amazing... The prices are less comparatively other salons in terms of lashes.. Pls reach out to them if you want to flaunt with good lashes and for other services too...

I had visited this place for hair spa yesterday and I don't personally recommend anyone to go here for Hair spa. It's because of their rough treatment in name of massage and the way she handled my hair is very bad & doesn't seems to be a professional one. I went here because of my favourite influencers being posted about this place. May be I got to experience this because of the person who treated me like that and may be they might have had a really good experience by other person. I have been to many other saloons for hair spa but wanted to try here out and I'm not satisfied with their treatment even a bit. They claim that they do signature hair spa with haircut in social media but when we go there, they say that there is no specialist available today to do haircut. The front desk person is very much eager in to take before and after videos of hair rather than to check whether the clients are ok with the treatments. Please improve your service.
