Tooth Mountain Farms - Guest house in Hatnoli - Raigad, India

Checked in at this fabulous property for two nights and landed up extending my stay. It's a beautiful combination of rustic and modernity. The entire place is in the midst of nature. Don't come here expecting hotel facilities but a home away from home. Rooms are spacious,aesthetically done up and small things have been kept in mind. The staff is warm and friendly. Special mention for Tanmayee at the reception, Mangesh, Vaibhav and Rahul. They all go out of their way to make a guest feel comfortable. The pool is small but refreshing. The food is good though the menu should be looked into to offer more choices. Please include south indian dishes in your meals menu as well not just in breakfast. The organic farming patch has a lot of potential and can be increased. The Gaushala is a great addition too.The owner Shiv is a wonderful host and makes it a point to visit the property every week to ensure the upkeep and maintain a connect with the guests. Lockdown the local dog is a sweetheart and a beautiful heart warming addition to the place. Please take good care of him...he has our heart overall an excellent stay and strongly recommended.

This beautiful boutique farmstay is less than 90 mins from Bombay. It is "Pet Friendly" in true sense unlike many other properties who have several restrictions. The rooms are neat, spacious with huge bathrooms and artistically done. The staff here is warm and helpful. I had left some belongings while checking out but the staff ensured that I got my belongings back safe and secure. Loved the food out there and also the chef's recommendations. One area where there is scope for improvement is the restaurant service, found it a tad bit slow.

Visited this place for 1 day. On mmt its a lil cheaper so booked it with the help of hotel staff. Food is one thing that is Nice about this place but yes rates are higher than usual. Did not mind paying a lil extra as the quality and taste were exceptional. Pizza was lil tangy otherwise fresh n yummy, ordered dinner which included farm style chicken was again tasty 1 bhakri was of 125 which i felt is super high. Total food bill reached 3k in which bf was included. Spa does not have an inhouse member hence was closed, plant nursery needed maintenance. I assumed may be there is shortage of staff. But all the staff present were quite decent and helpful. Some pathway plants are so pretty but again not every. I wish they maintain. Room was nice and clean.we stayed in palash which costed us 9k via mmt for a weekend 1 day stay. Bathroom had red ants so i feel a lil more maintenance there would look nice. I saw that the bathtub was under construction there. The room was of garden view but we had another room just opp. The lake in the property is manmade and not that clean. Hence i am okay that i didnt choose the lake facing rooms. All the rooms anyways are of same rate. Hot water was not available in the morning but newez it was a hot climate so managed that. Art village opens at 6 pm. So that can be a place to explore. There is a play area but we decided to go for board games. A small pool is also available on the property. The place us very quiet and hence should travel in large groups. After this we visited swami samarth temple palasdhari which is 20 mins from the property.

Had booked the place for 2 nights and 3 days and it was an amazing stay. Everything from our comfort to the food was taken care of impeccably. The staff is extremely kind and hospitable.The rooms are well maintained and the food is tasty.If you're looking for a break and a getaway, this is the place which should top your list.

Highly overpriced for the experience! 15k per room is outrageously expensive. The AC trips most of the time. The water in the washrooms doesn't come most of the times. While taking a bath, the shower runs out of water. This is basic! The rooms were just well maintained and the decor was good. Apart from that, everything doesn't do justice the price. I sincerely request the management to consider revising their pricing. The food too was just about ok. Do not believe the fake Instagram reels featuring this place. Adding a extra star for the service and staff

Good place to spend the family time. completely secluded from City!

After a long time we had an amazing evening at this beautiful place..it's owned by a beautiful dog called 'Lockdown' who never left us alone and mingled with our dog 'Jerry' amazingly and lovingly slept in our room at night with all of us. Lockdown is the cutest and most beautiful dog that i have ever seen.The staff is polite and really amazing who helped us in every possible way they could. This place seems to be built with lots of love and thoughtful things. Food tasted really good and the bonfire was cherry on the cake. We had an amazing time and it was an honour to know that this place has its legacy with the legend Mr. Ramanand Sagar. Thoroughly enjoyed and had an amazing weekend . Thank you for this lovely stay

Place is good and rooms are okay. Please cross check the bills at restaurant. We were charged Rs1300/- more than the actual bill. Even in parcel they packed less rotis. Not going there again and will not recommend anyone.
