TONI&GUY - Hair salon in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

Mr. Umesh and Ms. Farhana did my haircut and facial and they were extremely courteous, efficient and warm. I find this Toni & Guy to be best one in quality of space across country and the services are amazing, better than those at Bangalore and Hyderabad.

I was very disappointed by the service I was gone there for makeup and hair with my family..i was the last one to get ready And no hair stylist was there to attend me there was only one person who curled my hair and he didn't even knew how to make the hairstyle which I wanted He only did my curls ..my Makeup Artist who was not from there as I asked her and she told me that she was called there for our Makeup . She(muskan) was so sweet she helped me with my make up. She also did my hair. It was not her work but even then she did it. She help me were my lengha which was also not her work. And the other female make up artist did all the makeups Very normally none of my family member liked her make up. She also did the hair of my sister which was only to pin the hairs and was not even done properly .There were no staff to help me with my lengha, my mother and my sister were calling the stuff again and again to help me because I was getting late but whole salon was empty.. if you took the responsibility for make up hairstyle you should take care of this that your customers are happy and satisfied Not recommending this salon at all

This place is spacious and at a very prime location. The service and Haircut was Okaish. I tried the male hair cut with beard trimming, I found the skill of the guy to be just above average Hair cut + Beard Trim costs around Rs. 1100 , which is high as per Ranchi standards and the service offered.

Got service from Ravi hairstylist for hair straightening... I have got treatment done before in Pune but must say it's far excellent from my previous experiences.

It was my first time at Toni & Guy, Ranchi and I must say I'm disappointed. The senior stylist guy did the opposite of what I had instructed him to do. I gave him clear instructions to trim my hair moderately on the sides, retain my curls and to subtly shape my beard. This fellow ended up trimming all my hair and beard and now, here I am looking like a clown. I'm never coming back to this place. I wonder how this guy got hired. Absolutely disappointed!
