I had a very bad experience here for haircut, had gone here with a lot of expectation but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Services provided by Mr Gulab were not good. firstly we had a very long waiting time as hairdresser was not present at the place and then my hair were cut too short not as i had told him to cut , afterwards completely blaming on the texture of my hair. third thing that the hair pulling and blow dry part was too bad ,too hot for the scalp, even after repeatedly telling him not to do so

I got O3 facial done by Aanchal, and the experience was really amazing and relaxing. The massage was so soothing, and I could see immediate results from the services!

Good ambiance, Cordial staff, Great Service. Had a good experience at the salon. Right from the reception, the staff was very polite and not unnecessarily pushy to sell products. Took both beauty & hair services, Chaya and Kapil were great with their respective services. The salon was impressively neat with a good overall ambiance. Highly recommend this salon in Moradabad!!
