I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The environment was acceptable, but unfortunately, the customer service was below par. The staff I interacted with were discourteous and unprofessional. However, the rudeness I encountered was unacceptable, particularly in a service-oriented industry. This made what should have been a relaxing experience at the saloon into a stressful one. I would advise anyone to think twice before booking. On this occasion, at least, the customer service was far below what I expected and what I believe is acceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and ensures that future customers do not have a similar experience. Only if there was an option to give zero stars.

Overall experience is good,good hairstylists who put much efforts.. but the management who told us to come only on Tuesday and Friday is not fair,I agree that my son is crying a lot,it's their nature but management asking us for not disturbing other customers..you should give apointment to each customer in a particular time..management should think once before you speak to customer like this,apart from that hairstylists are more professional..Even we are customers,just think twice before you speak

I have been to this many times.. so far so good. Staff are too professional. Today I came along with my wife, the way the service being done has been amazing. My wife loves her new her cut.
