We came for multiple service. Haircut was good. Head massage was so bad. Blow dry was pathetic and waste of money. Facial felt useless.. just process of applying few creams. I can prefer for haircut. But rest of the service I will suggest local or essentials as they have more trained professionals for those.

I had such a phenomenal experience at Toni & Guy at the Kottayam Branch. The staff went above and beyond to provide the services I requested for. They did a clean and perfect polish on my nails. Their manicure and pedicure were relaxing. There was hardly any pain or hair left during the waxing process. What was most amazing was the dedication and the effort they invested in giving me the hair colour I wanted. They stayed back beyond Salon hours to make sure it was perfect. The Staff Mr. Alam, and Manager/Stylist Mr. Ajith were really patient, friendly and professional. This is my first-time trying hair colouring in India, and their work completely impressed me. This Salon really committed its time and expertise without a single hesitation. I recommend this Salon 100%. Every penny was worth the results I got. If you're looking for a place to colour your hair, this Salon is definitely the one for you.

I approached them for bridal makeup and keratin treatment.l Just wanted to say thanks for doing such a great job with my hair and makeup for my engagement day as well on wedding day. Specially thanks for Mr Ajith ( makeup artist). He did the best , what i expected and he has done. Absolutely i js loved the look on my both occasions.

Had a wonderful experience visiting here .Very professional and excellent service. I had went to do straightening for my hair and Mr.sahil had suggested me with botox treatment and the results are absolutely perfect thank u so much for giving the right treatment suitable for my hairwould definitely recommend this place for any hair related treatments

I am disappointed that I paid a pretty high amount to ruin my hair. Please ask the customer what they want and do accordingly. The tattoo guy who did my haircut ruin my hair and my style. I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

I went there for a hair spa, their services were overpriced and staf was not focusing on the hair treatments they had to provide but was talking and making conversation more than required. I wasn't feeling comfortable as the staff was too flirtatious. He continued to do the same after asking him to stop.
