Disappointed! Service is bad. Firstly, they don't know how to comb your hair; the person attending me combed my hair with lot of pulling and force and then told me that my hair quality is bad. With such pulling, what should you expect? Second, I asked them for purple steaks, but I was given red streaks. Third, waste of money and time. Never going back there, even for free.

Rating: (5/5) I recently visited Toni & Guy for a haircut, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My stylist was highly skilled and listened carefully to what I wanted. They gave me a stylish haircut that exceeded my expectations. The salon had a great ambiance, and the products they used left my hair looking and feeling amazing. I highly recommend Toni & Guy for a great hair salon experience

Got a keratin treatment done. The stylist Mr Rajesh was good and professional. Ambience s also gud. I also appreciate d effort of front office for clearing d air between us as i raised a miscommunication. Have been a loyal customer of toni n guy since 2013. Would highly recommend!

This was my third visit to the same salon. But this time I'm totally/absolutely disappointed with the service. I'm writing this review after a month of my haircut. Even in the initial state, the texture of my hair was little worst but the believed after somedays it would change but nothing changed. I opted for a customised haircut. I lost the entire hope on Tony and guy. This would be my last for sure. The concerned salon may think this as a rude post. Just have the empathy about my lost hair. Will your 1600rs charge of haircut will give back hair. If your only concerned about taking instant foto looks and that gives you a new customer, do you think this loyal business strategy. I'm sorry but this was the very worst exp. With you. When someone demands for the concerned stylist, kindly help the clients with the same. Suggesting the untrusted person will just give you a instant pay and loose a customer for lifetime.

Vidhya and Jothika styled me on my wedding day. They were both cheery, accommodating, eager to help and excellent at what they do. They not only put me at ease but also supported my mother and sister too on this busy day. The services they provided in the studio and at home were top notch. Thanks again for all your help. Its glad, I didn't remove the feedback on your request before. flabbergastmomentevents is my account. YOU TRUELY LOST THE MOST TRUSTING HUMAN OF YOUR PARLOUR. I was one among the frequent visitors. But today, they made sure to upset me. I was disappointed with the service provided, then after my feedback they reverted back to know the status. I explained everything in detail and the receptionist asked me to visit the store and get the required service to retain the loss. Even though the offer won't give me lost hair, at least some good things may help, it was the only hope I had. My entire 1.6k was waste with this extra visit today. Issue: I went for a haircut and the texture of my hair was worsening day by day. Even in the initial day it was very worst. I thought the hair spray they used didn't suit me. But after that my super silky hair took a big u-turn as frizzy hair. This was the concern I laid to them. At last, after visiting the salon, the whole thing went on me. I was blamed. The colouring makes hair dry was the statement given to me. If so, then why was my haircut before your doing were so good to me? I have previously done 2haircuts after colouring. I didn't expect this much disappointing service from you. I came all alone from 60km away for your parlour just in hope that you mi8 help me correct the obstacle I'm facing. Mr. Hair stylist was demanding for before and after fotos. I showed everything, he was not ready to take my issue. Then, thought, there no use of discussing. And he is showing me the seasoned hair after cut which was sprayed and curled...hmmmm...I showed him the next day texture of my hair. He didn't accept. Ok fine. Thanks was my last word to them. For sure, this would be my last visit to your parlour. I have made sure, to whomever I have recommended you, I would surely make my opinion strong to them to avoid the parlour. Just talking politely won't give anything in return. I too maintained the dignity that's why I left your parlour politely bcs telling my prblm won't give any solution hereafter. Atlast the parlour was again asking me to do HairSpa. Do you think, I'll step in again. but never and Ever. And please don't fake promises that the issue might be solved.

The salon is kept clean and organized. Everyone who works there is super friendly and accommodating to all of their customers. Even when it's super busy the managers and others take their time to serve us better! They did an amazing job for a low and reasonable price. I am very pleased with my visit!

One of the best salons to visit. The person who did the job Mr Rajesh, he was brilliant at it. Although slightly over priced but he did it very well.
