Sanjay attended me at the saloon and he was patient enough to listen to all my queries before jumping to Coloring my hair. He is good in technical knowledge and suggest you the color which suits . He understood what my hair needs and did the color accordingly. M really happy with color and the staff is knowledgeable. Thankyou guys

Last week I went to salon for hair colour there So Called hair expert has damaged my hair when I tell them what you did they say give us more time we will correct it I was not ready to do so then I said k will give you one more change then what I see they use bleach on my hair to do it correct which was harmful later I came to know tht they use bleach when I ask them they says it's a product not a bleach I hv clicked picture of it and will attach to the post and finally they has damanged my hair after there one more attempt never ever go to TONY &GUY SALON u will regret and they are spoilling Brand name also This is a franchise salon never go there they will make fool of you They don't have experience staff not even professional Giving you replay First of all this not a ash colour ( As I hv attached photos so tht everyone should look your work ) and secondly you are saying it's a human error what you mean by this u guys did two times colour on my hair and then also it's not cames out properly this is ur trained staff and U will keep on damanging hair doing experiment on my hair and what do you think I will give you change again and again to damage if some thing goes on my hair you guys will be responsible and about money u guys think tht u will easily says tht we are not charging what that attitude we are not their to come and take free services you guys were scared that why you did not charge and your staff only said this is not done property and you people accepted tht it's not done property tht why u hv not charged
