1st look is ok but cost is too high next day the hair went to normal condition I see more hair falls ..including tax 14 thousand we spend.. I am completely upset, I did hair spa they applied hair cream and massage for 10 min and wasted my hair then layer hair cut they charged 7 k oru one person the money is too high

I had wrong treatment after that I have raised a complaint they have refunded my money back but day by day my hair is becoming worse lots of hair loss it's damaged completely after that I have message mr. Suresh to rectify it still now I didn't get any response.. At least please tell me any nearest salon will go there and rectify it..please help me with this I have added my recent pic. Smoothening done before 3 months only

I had my hair cut and coloring (by Prem) and my wife had her hair coloring (by Akash). Clear video posted in their insta page. Both Prem and Akash highly professional. Completely satisfied by their service. Will visit again.

Completely disappointed with their work. They are not professional at all. Just practicing with whoever is going to the place. I got my haircut and threading done there. Two ladies were discussing and doing my eyebrows. They've done a mistake and saying that my eyebrows are not proper. I will not suggest anyone to go to this place. Utter waste of money and time. I'm also attaching a picture after my eyebrows done.

Hi, This review is to raise a complaint about the service provided by Sharmi and Priya from Toni Guy Essensuals Ambattur Branch(Located in SAN Towers). We have booked them for our wedding makeup for our wedding event on 19-08-2023 & 20-08-2023 and paid a total cost of rupees 58421. Wedding Makeup Service provided by them is very bad and not upto the price. They have promised that there will be 3 members for the marriage to do the makeup but only Priya and one more person only came for the reception and did the makeup which caused so much delay to the reception. Even Though again the next morning only priya came and she was the only person who did the makeup and it also took so much delay for muhurtham. No proper communication given from their side. Their behaviour is money minded and not customer centric. Products which are used for makeup are not a Branded ones. They used Local Products for grooming for bride and groom. As you can see from the pics, the products used by them on my face made my skin dry. Saree draping was not done before the event. Looks like they are not even trained in draping saree. They do not even respond properly. As a senior stylist with 6 years of experience Priya alone took nearly 3 hours to complete makeup for the bride and 10 mins for the groom. Jadai veni is not tied properly and it is ruined easily by itself. There is no proper time management. She made us ask each and everything with her during the event. Hairstyle and makeup get ruined easily within 1 hour as they both said it will standby for 4 hours. We have faced so much tension and felt not to take up on the service anymore. No other person should be affected by their bad service. The makeup doesn't look worth the money we paid.

Had foot massage. Very good service. Had excellent pain relief. They are so much dedicated and hardworking therapists. I feel so much relaxed. Price can be a little lesser though.

I have taken Haircut and Highlighter service from Priya. She explained me in detail and an excellent service from her end. All staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended. Thanks.
