Very nice gym for beginners with the best trainers. It will be open from 5:30am to 10pm daily and till 1pm on Sundays. They charge reasonably for monthly and they have better packages for 3 and 6 months.

Best place for beginners for gym workouts. They are providing continuous guidance for everyone. Even if you already know things about gym training, if you ask help, surely they will help. Polite and good hospitality from gym trainers and well as staff. Weight training and cardio training seperate floor. Personal training also available. Cost also okay (members response). High class good equipment and also neatness is there, membership is also decent, main concern is little bit crowdy, apart from that everything is fine.

Good gym. They have good trainers and work out equipments. The gym is having AC so best suited for summer work out. The gym is open 7 days a week. Since it is located 200m meter from OMR it is not over crowded also.

Trainers are very supportive and knowledged. Gym equipments are awesome. Good drinking Water facility. Dress changing rooms are well maintained.

In omr circle's one of the best gym is tone up. they have a lots of equipments specially for legs most of the gym don't have a abductor,adductor machine , normal fees structure, atmosphere is osm

I am highly impressed with this Gym. It's a very very balanced Gym with both Muscle building and especially for cardio, they kept lavish place in opposite building . Timings are very much flexible and trainers are available whole the time. The trainers are so cooperative and very much attentive mean to say they doesn't spend time on their phone They coach you as per body needs. Another impressive is the gym is very much clean. A worth note to mention is push-up plate is so nice to do various style of push ups and in cardio they have moving steps machine and also couple of elliptical/thread Mills/Bicycle machines. Nee trend of rope to rip the fat Some of the trainers have excellent knowledge in cardio, the cardio order is also so beneficial. Prices are also very normal. Interestingly it's surrounded by all required nutrition vendors like vegetables seller who sells even Broccoli and also fish/Chicken/mutton/beef/Juice center.. Since I am very expertise in diet I didn't ask them for diet suggestions but for sure they give perfect diet plan as well. Also it's locked beside the pond and this facilities an impressive environment. Except declined bench they have almost to make you into perfect shape. Lastly management is very professional and polite they have good tracking system on your tenure, by the way the references adds 5 days extension to your tenure. Have A Happy Gym Time .
