The gym is good and it's central AC. There are many instruments which I even don't know the names. I see personal coach is there who is assisting people in achieving their fitness goal. I interacted with the gym instructor Jolly who quite speak well my language and answers to my questions whenever I asked. I liked the message written in the board... Train like a Beast and looks like a Beauty. Anyways you give it a try if you are working on your own physical fitness.

During my recent visits to the gym, I have witnessed numerous instances where individuals were performing exercises incorrectly, compromising their safety and potentially leading to injuries. Shockingly, the trainers seemed unbothered by these instances and failed to intervene or correct the individuals' form. This lack of attentiveness raises serious concerns about the competence and professionalism of the training staff. As a paying member, I believe it is essential that trainers actively monitor and assist all gym-goers, irrespective of their enrollment in personal training sessions. The gym should be a place where individuals can work towards their fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment. Unfortunately, the current state of affairs at your gym contradicts this principle. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. Here are a few suggestions for improvement: Emphasize the importance of proper form and technique during staff training sessions. Ensure that trainers are well-versed in the correct execution of exercises and are able to identify and correct improper form. Mandate regular check-ins with non-personal training members to assess their progress, provide guidance, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Encourage trainers to actively observe and offer assistance to individuals who may be performing exercises incorrectly or in a manner that could be harmful. This proactive approach will create a safer environment and foster a sense of accountability among the staff. Prioritize member satisfaction and safety over financial gains. While personal training can be a valuable service, it should not overshadow the well-being of all gym members. Worst gym ever in vizianagaram. Cant even get to breathe in here coz of the crowd in the small compact area

Good fitness centre for ladies, gents and kids. Instructure is Good! All fitness accessories are available and brand new. Good infrastructure along with AC fitness room. Location is good and fees are also nominal. Good place!!

This is a wonderful apartment. Most suitable for retired people. Well maintained. Disciplined and suitable for all class of people. Amenities are adequate. Reasonable price.

The gym was good with good trainers It's both for men and women I went for 3 days and quit of my lazyness but I want to start again
