This hotel is two Star. It doesn't have split AC in any room. The rooms are very dirty with switches broken and dirty bed sheet. It is located in a very congested locality near railway station. The service was horrible you have to keep calling them. Small TV in the rooms. Only the food was good. Don't get fooled by the front facia it's a very ordinary hotel from inside
I wish I could provide a zero star review yet even that feels too high for this poor excuse of a hotel. I would request that anyone reading this review kindly avoid any and all hotels under the Tobo group as this is the second hotel where despite having a confirmed and paid for booking was denied accomodation and given no recompense. The managing director at this hotel Mr VK Sharma is extremely unfriendly, uncooperative and unprofessional
