My experience with the driver which tnt services provided was very bad.. driver name is RAVI KANATHIA,first of all he was on phone all the time while driving in hills,not at all polite,in fact used abusive language while driving.he will never stop according to your wishes.i have paid for a/c innova but this fellow turned a/c for only 1/3rd of the trip,if u request to turn on a/c he said "can't turn on ac in hills or pahado ki thandi hawa ka maza lijiye.. while on our stay in srinagar he slept in the car whole night with ac turned on.he use to drop us to the destinations and use to get vanished from the scene.fact is if u go to famous places like sonmarg or gulmarg or pahalgam u cant use your taxi no vahicle you have to hire local taxi for sightseeing.but he was not even available for local shopping.we use to hire local taxis or rikshaws for our city rides/shoppings.i will request you guys if u r going to Kashmir with family, please don't hire taxi from tnt service or in fact from jammu for that matter.they will ruin your holidays and precious memories,just like they ruined ours.
