I have been attending yoga class from June at TMS Yoga Centre, Velachery,and I am Experiencing very good result. Class environment is well maintained. Muthumaari Mam is very friendly, Knowledgeable & gives individual training attention to everyone. She clearly explains aasanas with its benifits in understandable way. Best place to learn yoga, Both Offline and Online classes available.
Everyone would get an individual attention. I enjoyed my prenatal yoga classes. Muthu Ma'am would correct every postures if you go wrong. The meditation classes were mind blowing. Finally, I delivered my boy normally. Thank you.
