Nice and clean room ac and hot water facility 24-7 ,gud parking place ,Mr Sunil in charge here gentleman kind of person this place is located inside tolani marine institute big campus and great Lakeview you can get from G12,16,18 and few more cabin 2beds normal avail in each room and attached toilet ,big and long rectangle room ,one roundtable and 2study table and 2 wooden almari ,I cut one star because I face 2problem one for handing cloth wall hook are not any where in room and in side almari u can hand formal cloth but for daily wear no place to hook and 2nd wet cloth like towel and under garments,2person in one room so it's no look good to keep cloth for dry in table, chair . But finally gud Allover excellent .
