TMH - Tata Main Hospital - Hospital in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

This hospital has been loosing it's ethics, moral responsibility and values since last decades, earlier it used to be a best hospital in d East Singhbhum, now it is d worst in terms of Staff's attitude, doctor's behaviours and patient's treatments. I am very hurt while writing this painful review, how and why the Hospital management is loosing the core ethics and values of great Tata group and not at all bother for maintaining the minimum decorum of basic things required in any health centre.

My recent experience at TMH (Tata Main Hospital) in Jamshedpur was truly exceptional. I was admitted for chickenpox and spent 9 days under their care, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I was admitted, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. The medical team was thorough in their approach, closely monitoring my condition and adjusting the treatment as needed. What stood out the most was the extra mile they went to ensure my comfort during my illness. They provided special boiled meals that were not only nourishing but also tailored to my health needs. The nursing staff deserves a special mention for their dedication and compassion. They were always available to address my concerns, administer medications, and offer words of encouragement. Their warmth and professionalism made a significant difference in my recovery journey. The overall cleanliness and organization of the hospital added to the positive experience. Despite being a medical facility, the environment felt calming and conducive to healing. My stay at Tata Main Hospital was not just about medical treatment; it was a testament to their commitment to patient well-being. If you're in need of medical care in Jamshedpur, I wholeheartedly recommend Tata Main Hospital. Your health and comfort will be in capable and caring hands.

You spend thousands and lakhs of rupees but the services provided is not at all acceptable. You have to run behind nurses to get the sample collected then send it for testing. Even there is no attendant from hospital side to take care. They have kept private attendants who charges as Rs.1000 per day, if you want anyone to take care of your patient. Really not at all acceptable services by the hospital management.

It's not a good hospital and they don't care about reviews. It used to be a hospital mostly for Tata workers. Still is. But over the years they have developed a righteous arrogance which they r very comfortable with. Example u keep saying the nurse abt something but she won't do it differently or some don't even respond. Doctors are fairly skilled but the whole hospital has this don't give a damn attitude

I just hate how they operate. The hospital lacks basic structure of conduct. I've lost 2 people in my life due to their negligence. Their reports aren't right. They hide stuff from you. It's a whole mess. They are just spoiling the name of Tata.

It's the worst hospital I have ever seen. The whole management is totally hopeless they need to improve everything about hospital. They don't care anything about patients. They were not giving the medicines to my patient which were prescribed in the patient's file by doctor. On questioning about that the duty doctor and the sisters started quarelling.They are just making money by fooling patients by mentioning wrong treatment.

WORST HOSPITAL, DON'T VISIT HERE Such a pathetic hospital this is when it comes to handling the patient. My mother was admitted here with chest pain..it took 5 days to do Echo even after several complains. No cardiologist visit, physicians were attending the cardiology patient. Nurses, staffs, radiology ..where ever you go , you will be disappointed. In the name of private hospital they are thug..and they are black spot on the name of Tata. Be it senior doctors, staffs, nurses or anyone ..they are least concerned about your health.. they misbehave and ignore patients.. don't know who is managing this factory of looting patients

It's a shock to see the hospital still running in primitive style. There is a lack of connection and communication. There is a lack of proper care. Lack of transparency. The security, working staff, attenders are a disaster. Visiting hrs are not maintained. People have to fight their way in just to meet their relatives. Hopeless system.
