Good hospital but the waiting time for consulting doctor is too much
Good service in gynecology department. Dr sujatha is best for gynecology treatments. Im one of their patient. I was getting free delivery treatment under KASP scheme.Thanks to all staff @TMH
Worst experience!! Worst behaviour!!! In malayalam i can say " bhiirukkll " 31st August 2020. On the day of Thiruvonam. My grandma 86 year old was suffering from some critical urinal issue.. So we decided to go to the TM hospital chettuva. It was urgent. So first we called Asha worker and Engandiyur Helath centre, because one of my family member is under covid quarrentine at home. From health centre they confirmed that we can go to the hospital. So prior to hospital visit we called to TM hospital and confirmed that we are coming to the hospital.. We reached at the hospital at 9:30 AM and they all were ready to take the patient but once we informed regardig quarentine everything got changed.. Then someny nurses came like a relay competition.. " Sir actually we cannot take patient now.. there is no doctors.. there is no duty doctors..better to goto Mother Hospital. You have to consult neurologist ." 86 year old women.. shes not able to walk.. with lot of pains.. atleast they are not able to do a first aid.. only because shes from a quarrentine house. Even the Mr. Manager is not coming outside to speak about. Why all of them are afraiding!!!
Very bad experience..i went this hospital on 24.12.2020. dr.SUJATHA dont know how to behave with patients... she behave to me very bad manner..i paid to see the doctor but not on the free of cost..nurses behave to me a very good manner especially LR staff. i am a professional and i know professional ethics very well .. njaan doctor nulla fees um procedure nulla fee yum thannitta procedure cheyyunnathu free aaettala ...procedure cheyyumpol parihassiqalla vendathu...oro patients ntem anatomy physiology different aaeriqum... Before doing any procedure explain the patient first.. I will never recommend this hospital to others
Worst hospital ever. I was brought there as an accident victim on April 14th 2021. Since I was majorly injured, I needed to be operated and being a resident of Mumbai, accompanied by none I had to come back to Mumbai. But for the health insurance I needed an MLC (medical legal certificate) from the hospital where I was first taken to (TM HOSPITAL CHETTUWA). But the staff is so impolite and unwilling to give me a single copy of my own MLC, they reject my calls and give me silly excuses every time. I gave applications as well as id proofs for the sake of document but to no avail. I don't know if this is a grudge against someone who's an outsider or something like that, just because I'm from another state. Mumbai has always been welcoming outsiders but shame on these people.
