Situated in main market yet not fully developed as market. The exterior is fine, with enough parking space. The structure at the whole is not well planned or the builder neglected many important aspects because he was in a hurry. First there is no lift in a 4 story building. Stairs are not in proper order, scattered here and there. As most of the shops are closed it cannot be called as a market. Most of the shops are occupied by doctors, both allopathic and homeopathic. The only attraction is the coffee shop situated in the basement. There coffee is good and the other fast food and snacks are also fine. Anyone visiting Tiwari Complex or any place nearby should definitely visit the coffee shop.
Very renowned very professional doctor Pallavi Singh sits here at Tiwari's complex. Parking facilities are there for the patients vehicle. Toilet facilities are there but not maintained regularly.
