We party with 12 people on 25 oct. Very poor service, very late response by staff, all food was cold & without taste. They take complete money before serve food & after that they dont care. I think owner leave all things on their staff & they dont need customers. They dont care anything.
The staff service is very bad. Food is very poor. Waste of money. Fraud people. Food cost is 2200/- . The food smells very bad. Rediculous food place people.
Our wedding was on May 23, 2023 and it was the best day of our life and we had a blast. Mostly we have tivoli to thank- the place was clean, organized, food was great and everything well served. RAJESH and manager RAJ GUPTA gave their outmost care and concern and made sure our event was well managed and coordinated. We had great lighting that came with the Hall at no extra cost. I have had dozens of family members call and compliment on how beautiful the hall was and how great the food and service was. Every table was serviced by a very nice and attentive stuff, my guests felt good and well taken care of and of that i must thank Rajesh and his crew and a huge thank you to shyam babu as well. after our wedding and our driver was the most kind , courteous gentleman ever. We felt safe and happy that we chose Tivoli Royal Palace to celebrate our special day at. I would highly recommend this venue for your event ! I also like visiting next door Olivia for birthday and other occasions.
The hotel was decent, but nothing exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, but the decor was outdated and could use some updating. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with communication and follow-up. The breakfast was average, with limited options and not very fresh. The facility wise it was really really back and the expectations must be lowered. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others or go out of my way to stay there again.
A great place for a party. The preparation was good. Food and snacks were excellent. They had locked toilets on the ground level and many elderly who were unable to walk had a hard time going to the loo. The location was okay but the presence of a rubbish dumping ground was disgusting . Extremely smelly..

Went there with family for celebration. It was really a nice experience. The staff was so cooperative and made our small event more memorable. The decoration and service was quick. Food was also good. Totally worth it.
