This resort is very convenient and so beautiful locations. Good function halls. Very large dining halls and restaurants. Nice swimming pool . Nice rooms and furniture. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice receiving to the staff. So delicious food items. So yummy and tasty food. Amazing this resort accommodation.

The Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The hotel's elegant and spacious rooms provided a luxurious retreat, with comfortable beds and stunning views. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful swimming pool. The dining options were diverse and delicious, offering a range of cuisines to satisfy every palate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, attending to every detail with care and professionalism. I highly recommend the Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel for an unforgettable experience.

This place is suitable for small number of people to chill like in farm house, swimming pool here is something for refreshments single room is not available is disadvantage, services is also not praiseworthy another disadvantage and you need to order 4 to 5 hrs prior to your eating timing.

It's a nice resort type hotel in chhatarpur, Delhi. The only issue is traffic jam to reach in this area..

Poorest services ever. We checked in today evening around 7:30 pm. None attended the phone either at restaurant , housekeeping or reception. Had to wait 10 to 15 min everytime to contact with them. After the order for dinner was placed ... person named " Sandeep" from the restaurant came to serve the dinner. He was asked to convey to house keeping services to provide the ' all out"as the room was full of mosquitoes. He instead in a rude, arrogant and derogatory manner said that it's not his job. It was not just his refusal that was demeaning as much as it was his demeanour, body language ( keeping his arms akimbo ) tone n everything about that man that was unbecoming of a hotel service staff. And while leaving the room he smashed the door n went out . I would request the concerned higher authorities to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. It was a very bitter n terrible experience. Doesn't deserve even a single star.

The place was huge and spacious with amenities but not hygienic.

Tivoli gardan resort and hotel wowww amazing view .. room service and location is perfect this is really good if you are planing for visit then definitely consider the place it is near to the chattrpur metro station exit from gate no 2 and share auto available so you can go freely if you are coming from metro

It's an okay resort according to low budget but not very good. Service is late and washroom of the rooms were not working properly. The party hall is good for a gathering of around 200 people.
