The gym is good but the receptionist's mam is really rude and disrespectful. She doesn't know how to talk to a client. She has really outdated thinking and is the most arrogant person I have ever met in my life. Would never recommend this gym to anyone unless she changes her behavior.
The gym is good. Good machines but I would never go there as I went for a trail and the behaviour of receptionist is really bad . Also my friends there told me she is very rude. I also saw with my eyes she's being uncooperative and thinks she is head of gym. No one should go to titan muscle factory unless she learns how to be respectful
High quality equipment .... group classes people are nice to one another like in a friendly community clean and neat great trainer , especially Randhir sir and Sahil sir got good knowledge very cooperative and respectful behaviour by reception
The trainer is good but the receptionist mam is so bad as a person. I paid the fees but due to her disrespectful behaviour, I left the gym after 1 month.
