The experience is very poor because service is superb but no costumer lounge and sitting in the show room i can explain any service for watches waiting time is very heavy because costomer is waiting in the showroom service returned time is standing in the showroom

Was pleasing and fast.Good house keeping observed.Stock of ladies watches of mediam range may be enhanced.

Word of Advice for people giving their watch for service: Pls take photo of your watch BEFORE giving it for service. And, pls count the chain-links. Compare to make sure your watch is ok. Even if the issue is a simple battery change.

Absolutely disappointed with the watch repair service. I gave my watch for glass replacement and got it back with poor workmanship and new circular scratches as caused by tools. MUST AVOID.
