Not only did they address the initial issue, but they went the extra mile by sourcing links from another store, saving me from the cost of a complete bracelet replacement. This experience showcased Titan's genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. A big thank you to the team for their proactive and considerate approach. Doesn't care about customer post sales of watch When I approached one of the lady executives to get information on the cost of replacing the bracelet, I was informed that the watch would need to be submitted before any pricing could be disclosed. Furthermore, she mentioned that they currently couldn't view the price for my watch. While this in itself seemed unusual, what was truly disappointing was her demeanor. Her attitude appeared uninterested, and she even left our conversation midway without providing further guidance or assistance. This experience has changed my perception of Titan. I've always held Titan in high regard due to its reputation for quality and customer service, but now I'm hesitant about making future purchases. I'm afraid that I might face similar issues or a lack of support when seeking assistance in the future. I am fond of watches and carry a large collection of watch. It was first time I wanted to try titan, so I bought Titan edge. This bad behaviour and service made my perception about Titan as one of the worst post sales service. I am never going to buy a Titan watch again.

Great collection, All value products. My personal best choice is Maritime series watches. Best in class.
