I purchased my watch is saravana stores and came here to register my warranty. I was facing issues in doing that, reached customer care as well even they are unable to do it for me. They asked me to sent email and there was no response. Finally I reached Titan Ambattur showroom, at 1st they are also unable to upload it finally anyhow they struggled a lot and claimed warranty for me. I would really appreciate their efforts and love they way how they treat their customers. It was really a very good customer service. I wish to visit this store again if I'm planning to buy other watch. I would also recommend others to come here. All the best team, keep going!!!
