I have worst experience in here. They are rude, arrogant, and not customer friendly I will never recommended this shop to anybody. I try to make sure to pull back others,when they are going to the world of titan in manual sons buliding in round west..

Very very poor service... Never expected this from Tata which is known for customer service.. Went to this place to change broken glass of a watch for which I paid more than ten thousand rupees.. The guy in service centre directed me to go to the show room from which I purchased the watch so that I can get it replaced easily.. I told him that I am aware that this damage doesn't cover under guarantee and am ready to pay for repairing it..he just wanted to avoid me.. If this is the level of service, its going to be tough for customers

Purchased battery for my watch and car keys. Got the job done immediately.. large collections of wrist and wall watches. Very old establishment.. fair prices..

Hmm good customer service but sorry to say has Less collection. I came my Fastrack band 3 for service and they told it would take 3 but I took more than 3 months . But the staffs are ok and easy going . I'll jus recommend it if u have to service or repair somthing. But jus have a check maybe you'll find something.

It was a bad experience. They bought 500 rupees for changing the watch battery of Blade Company. It said that the Titan battery has been replaced. I also asked for a minute hand to be ready. They said they will only service Titan company. I said thank you and went to the next shop to look at the complaint of the minute hand. When I asked about the battery, I realized that there is another company's battery with a lower price. I went there again and told them. they are adamant about Titan battery. How to respond to such actions. There is no computer bill in such a large organization. If it is a bill, a piece of paper written on it. As the bill amount seems. Please do not give any other company's watch here.
