Titan World - Watch store in Dharga, Hosur - Krishnagiri, India

There are 3 stores to be specific and they open only after 10 am 1 is fastrack store- with all FastTrack watches, bags and wallets collection. 2 is their international collab type of store with all major brands like police, Seiko, citizen , Tommy, fitbit etc etc 3 is titan eye for all eye wear We have seen the first two, both had Nice collection of watches in their stores, but the ladies bag section was very bad, hardly 10 styles at max. But ours was post diwali visit, so might be stock out. Secondly everything was on MRP. Discount and free buds was only on smart watches. We expected more from in factory store. Anyways we were told there would be sale soon. Will visit and update:)

The show room is fantastic, bright, etc., etc., etc. blah blah.. which do not make any sense to US, when You do not treat your Customer Perfectly. My son's watch needed a new strap, so we went to replace it, but the lady at the service counter treated us like we were attempting to steal something. If we asked any questions, we would only get one-word replies, which made the experience terrible. The strap was obviously more expensive than Rs. 1300. They have a few old-model chairs+sofa kind, that don't fit their decor, and it takes around 20 to 30 minutes to change the strap. In the meantime, where do customers sit (it was already occupied by few people). You tend to wander around the store and there will always be 10 to 15 pairs of eyes watching you, with a black dress, as if you are there to steal something. The staff members need sufficient training, There are several reasons why people would go there, including 1. window shopping, 2. price comparison, 3. repairs, etc., and this is what we finally get from India's Best Company.

Had been here to buy analog wrist watches for my wife and me on our wedding anniversary. I should say that I had a very pleasant experience. I was taken through the entire range by the sales person who was polite and courteous. Wide variety of watches at different price ranges were on offer something only this showroom can boast off. Some of them had 20 to 30% discount too. New watches from production were on display these may not be available in other titan show rooms. I bought 2 wrist anlaog watches from New arrivals which we loved. Definitely recommend this place for everyone. Since new arrivals don't have discounts they gave us 10% discount as our anniversary gift.

Their service center lacks quality watchmakers. Notice the scratch on the back lid. That's what you'd expect from a local watch shop who use tweezers to remove the back lid.

Very good place to visit if you are willing to buy titan / fastrack watches. Titan and fastrack showrooms are nearby each other with lot of different types of watches to buy. The store is updated daily with new watches in the market. Staffs are very good in explaining the products and with well customer friendly behaviour. A must visit if you are planning to buy branded titan watches.

Worst service, They said they will give 10% customer discount and at time of billing they said max 1500 they can discontinue and software can accept only 1500. Be aware of this discount fraud with billing time. Please check tag price ,bill and discount price before paying amount.

Nice place and great collection of watches. Products are really excellent!. Many varieties of titan, Fastrack , Police, Tommy Hilfiger and much more. And other items such as bags , wallets,belts sunglasses also available. Staff response is good. Nearby you also have Titan eye+ .Sufficient car and bike parking available
