Had a pleasant experience at this showroom. Archana had attended us showcasing good customer service.
Visited the store to service my watch, had a broken glass and digital display was damaged, so gave for repair and they asked me replace the entire machine but the machine was different, instead of black digits with white background, i got white digits with black background. And the digital machine was also not put in proper position, which i showed to the service person but he denied to rectify the issue. I was charged 1499 for the repair, at least i deserve a proper service for the money paid, bad experience from a authorised service centre. Waste of Money, totally disappointed with the service.

V. Clean & tidy. But no sofa or no comfort sitting place is available to relax. Have a bit of parking place for 2wheelers.broad entrance for wheelchair access. Patience in showing varities by the sales girl but the collection is very less & costly, especially men's collection.Middle class people can't afford to buy new models or somewhat stylish. Most of them is costly, even though the brand belongs to India. The plus point of this centre or the showroom is we can escape trafic by selecting any nearby lanes especially 2wheelers. We can notice some what tension seen in the sales team even though they resembles quiet, calm, polite & co-operative, may be the target pressure. Anyhow we can have pleasant purchase feeling in this showroom except the cost.
