I had a bad experience with the product, especially the frame. I bought it from the Thiruvalla showroom, and they said it can't be repaired, advising me to buy a new one. If your product lasts a year without needing repairs, you're lucky. I won't be purchasing from this brand again.

Placed order on 11th July 2023 worth 23 thousand and did not get any discount. And titan started 25% discounts on 13th July. The sales person did not mention the upcoming offer details or would have ordered on 13th. Brought to the notice of shop and no positive outcome. Will never recommend this shop.

visited the showroom for buying specs for my wife and son today evening around 6:30.Only one staff... She was busy with a customer... No one to attend... No selection..Pathetic... Waited for a long time....after that selected frame myself and went to the staff with the prescription, but still asked to wait... Again waited..still no response. Finally left the showroom... Still no response from the staff... She was staring at us... Great customer experience... Must visit and experience that sales person is the king and customer is a servant..

Cheap quality frames. Mine broke in 2 weeks. The lens, the highest they offer got scratched in a week.

After almost 4 purchases from this store in around 3 years of time, i m quite happy to share that this store has done considerably better and hence I m doing this re-review. The shopping experience is better now and the range of eye wear is decent(can be better though). The staff behavior is polite and professional. What I feel outstanding about the shopping experience is their clearsight lens which is brilliant for a regular user like me. The store also deserve the credit for delivering the products earlier than the promised date every time.
