Yesterday I had been to their store at AE356. Nice store with decent people. Manager takes personal care and attention in all the matter.

Extremely bad service. In time of purchase they have committed lot of things. When the actual time comes, the service delivery is zero. No after sales service at all. In one word, PATHETIC SERVICE.

Amazing experience. I had to switch out my lens from one frame to another frame.. typically folks are reluctant to do it as it may impact the prescription lens. However, Ali at this store confidently swapped it and that too in a matter of minutes at no additional cost. Very courteous too. Definitely worth the trip to this store.
