The store is not at all attentive to their customers. They are somewhat rude and uninterested. Perhaps this store has developed a slight trace of superiority complex. I would personally suggest you to try the Titan MG Marg store instead. I recently got a decent frame with lenses in Rs. 6000 only. This is not any biased review, you would yourself find out the difference after visiting both the stores. Your dignity belongs to you. Better choose a small yet humble store than a large yet arrogant store.

Excellent service, polite staff good range of frames. Good range of branded wrist watches. I bought a Citizen watch in 2017 still performing very well.

It was nice and satisfying experience. Staff showed me variety of frames and staff Vandana explained me in detail about the pros and cons of progressive lenses as I am going to use it first time. I hope life and quality of lenses will also be satisfying in future and won't break my trust in TATA.

I called the store to enquire about my glasses.. the staff very rudely said to me, "didn't we tell you 7 days". He added, "will you give your phone number or not?". I wonder why such employees are spoiling the name of trustworthy tata group. However, the store experience was great. It was after I paid for it that everything turned upside down.
