A small and comfortable outlet. Well behaved staff. Very Cooperative, I was almost a month late to collect the spectacle that I purchased, they have kept it safe and sound. It would be great if they could expand their collection further.
I bought a signature frame which around cost me 10K & the after sales service which I got , I have one word to say go for lenskart or local eye wear shops they will provide you value & proper service, this kalyani titen showroom manager behaviour is just ridiculous they just know how to miss selling basss

It is one of the best Titan Eyeplus shop. From eye testing to spectacle measurement was done very sophisticatedly and professionally. The best part is, they do delivery across Kolkata. I really loved the lens quality. Very satisfied with the service and product.
The car parking issue is solved when it moved to Kalyani. My Spects were repaired free of charge although I broke it being a beginner.
