I am very much satisfied with the service of this titan eye plus store. No other optical store in haldia can give this kind of service I had ever been got. My spectacle broken accidentally next day of delivery of spectacle but when I visited to this store and requested if posible please look in to it and give any solution as the frame can can't be fixed. The store manager of this store issued me don't worry will take care of it as it was my 1st spectacle from titan. I was shoked next day they called and ask me to visit the store and the same time he replaced my frame even it was accidentally broken to my fault.. but the store team didn't shown to me any mis guide or anything they replaced as a special case. I am very much satisfied with the solution. And the person of this store. Thank you so much haldia branch and higher management of Titan. Now I am Fan of the titan
