The quality of the glasses are really good and they're very light and comfortable to wear . The customer service was also top notch . The staff were both polite and professional and my overall experience was extremely positive. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for powerd specs , sunglasses or any kind of eyewear in general.

Experience is upto the mark. Eye testing is done taking care of the comfort of patient. The frames are top notch. The fast track frames are also available which are lower in price. Very good behavior of the members.

Please don't be fooled just with the brand in this store that's located in Airview Siliguri Absolutely poor service by the staff. They have 4 executives so far I have seen through by 3-4 visits, none of them have the quality of hospitality, they assist the customers as if it's our requirement and we will anyways purchase it. I had purchased a fastrack frame from this store with 6 months warranty that covers colour issues, within 2 and a half months it got faded and had to visit the store again. Wow and we get to see how they actually treat customers with exchange since they know we are not going for a brand new purchase. I visited the store the first day on Saturday and they asked to come tomorrow on Sunday, we went to the store on second half and still they stated their technician is not available and is on the way at 3 pm, this was the same thing they told me the first day. After waiting for an hour the technician arrived and had to wait again for an hour for a single pair of glasses. These people do not have any single quality of politeness towards their customers. And they ask for Google reviews on the store itself that too right in front of them Note: Please hire someone with experienced skills, not a good experience in this store
