Behaviour of the staffs are very friendly and cordial at the stores. However, after purchasing the specs, they don't even call to check how it is working. I had a fogging issue. I reported to their customer care. Then they called to submit the specs at the stores. After keeping it for few days they returned it. Again I faced same problem. That time also they did not call whether I am still facing the problem. Then I wrote to their customer care. Then they agreed that it was a manufacturing fault and asked for frame change. After changing the frame, it was working fine. But I waited for 2 weeks whether I receive any call from the store. But they did not care to check whether the replacement frame was working good or not. However, I did my diuty. I reported them after two weeks that it was working good. Then within 4 days they revised the invoice and gave me a coupon (CN in their language) of Rs. 300 for the differential amount which will expire after 6 months if I don't purchase. Now did I make any fault because of which I am going to lose Rs. 300.00? May be I should not visit Titan Eyeplus in future!
