Apart from the good locality, there is not so much exciting or makes you happy about the flat here, at least where I am staying,
I am really depressed and feel very bad to express my concern.the basic issue here is that this society doesn't have a problem solving mechanism, once you have purchased a flat you will start suffering as there is no 1 solve your issue, apart from the builder who is nice guy but is mostly unavailable and may sometimes listen to you, but calling him for the minute issue doesn't seems good, and all his staffs who works here are like govt babus who deliberately ignore the various issue that may be about cleaning, Maintenance, construction related issue in flat due to poor worknship, electricity issue, plumbing issue, security issue, etc
Beautiful construction & There are all types of amenities available like Schools, markets, Airport, Hospitals and Entertainment Hubs at 20 to 30 minutes drive time from Society
Good project. 3bhk flats are worth buying, quality of material is very good from inside to outside but the style of interior including doors, windows, taps, wash basin, sink are old patterned. Overall a good project... Good job team !! Try to complete project ASAP..
Apartments are Okay. Compactly build with poor interior. Lift is not great but common like most of the apartments of Patna. Flats are costly but not justified with the quality.
This is 1st Mini City in Bihar which is under construction.After completion of 1st phase,peoples are living there.Apartments in 2nd phase are likely to be completed by 2021-22.
There is a newly built temple in the east-north corner of the complex Gate no.1 where idols of Lord SriRam-Maa Sita,Hanuman jee and a big Shivling for prayers of residents.
