Had a very good experience at TMM hospital, thiruvalla. Administration and management team supported and guided us in need of emergency situations. We recently got our son admitted under care of Dr. Rakesh. He is very friendly and understanding. His care was very much appreciated. Staff nurse also did their job well. Thank you to all team members in TMM hospital.

Great hospital with a century-old tradition in medical care, experienced doctors, caring nursing staff and growing healthcare infrastructure. Our mother was admitted to TMM for total knee replacement surgeries and subsequently for observation after an accidental fall. We have been very touched by the quality of care from Dr Sherry Varghese and his team. Our overall experience has been positive - the nurses, and cleaning and security staff have all been competent, courteous and helpful. We chose TMM out of nostalgia mostly! My parents brought me to this hospital nearly 50 years ago when, as an infant, I had an allergic reaction to penicillin. They still remember one Dr Indira who diagnosed it correctly and saved my life. Our experience, half a century later is equally positive. Lots of credit to Dr Sherry, Dr Mathew, Dr Bobby and their teams, as well as the rest of the TMM crew. Friends from New Delhi who visited my mom during her stay at TMM, were very impressed by TMM and thought it compared favourably with big brand hospitals there. If there are areas where the hospital could get even better, they are: - canteen: the quality of food and timeliness is not good enough. It is friendly chaos, but not really acceptable for patients or their families. - better standard operating procedures to manage the ongoing construction: too much dust and chaos that minimises the overall experience for patients and families, not to mention health issues that vulnerable patients, kids and TMM staff are at risk of contracting. - faster discharge processes: the last mile feels like a marathon. I am sure a management process review can help speed it up. - poor ambience: while the new building is shaping up well, a bit more thought can be put into making the whole place more accessible and welcoming for patients and their families. To pick one issue, the music is generally poor quality, repetitive and too loud. Even if gospel is the only accepted genre, there is sufficient variety on the internet to play good music round the clock. There is no need for loud volume either. These issues notwithstanding, I will have no hesitation in recommending TMM to friends and family. Wishing TMM continued success in its mission. Robin

Tiruvalla Medical Mission (TMM) multi specialty hospital at Thiruvalla is a 400 bedded facility catering to the needs of an average 700 outpatients on an average day.

The 5 star treatment for common people. Don't worry, the bill is not 5 star !

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.. My father is a disability patient.. when he went to this hospital he did not get any consideration. We took the token at 10 am and waited until 2pm. The doctor came after complaining. The doctor's behavior is also too bad... But staffs r okay..

Indeed, I'm extremely glad to say that TMM is one of the choicest destinations for medical treatments. Admin, Doctors, Nurses and the whole team played an important role in making us feel good and comfortable. Recently my wife had a surgery at TMM and I'm throughly impressed with their brilliant, professional and caring attitude right from the Doctors (Dr Anu Ivan Koshy & Team) Admin (Mr Rowley, Nisha & Team) & Nursing staffs. Also, I was so impressed with their security staffs in different depts as well. I salute the untiring and dedicated attitude of the Gynecologists (Dr Anu & Assistants) as well as the Nursing staffs at Post operational care and ward. I'm taking this opportunity to express my gratitude towards all staff in TMM from the bottom of my heart. Certainly I'm glad to write that it's a place with God's signature !! Good Luck!! Jefferson J
