Hi, my name is Rittvik and I had a parcel coming to me, it was 3 days late and the delivery man didn't come up to the house so I had to go down and cross the road to get it. We had to call the person the 3 days to get him come the 4th day. Please do better next time!

Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said the project involves a central server enabled integrated, modular and scalable solution[buzzword] for all operations of the Department of Posts including Core banking and Insurance solutions[buzzword] in all departmental post offices.
