Either pre pay or pay in advance. If hotel is collecting payment during checkout they will charge you more than committed prices. Be careful. Experience on 1st November 2023. Don't expect international standards. Bedspreads were stinky. Do not recommend to stay

I've never seen a worst Hotel and Front manager, the front desk manager need to learn how to talk to the customers. Also at the time of check out they will charge you extra RS 300-400, if you ask the reason of extra charges then the (Half Bald) Front Manager he will start arguing in a very loudly in very bad manners. Very bad experience ... Room also so dirty and smelly, always there is a civil work going on.

WORST HOTEL and Front Desk management ! The entire front desk staff lives in a sham! They decided a price and they just gave a discount. I stayed here for 3 days, they just took the opportunity of being local and to mint more money, they hiked the prices around 800 per day at the time of checkout and then the hotel staff started shouting at us and started threatening us , even blamed that you have misunderstood and should have stayed after knowing the rates. Being a regular customer I was treated with so much unprofessional and rude attitude ! DON't stay here ! Spend 500 bucks extra and stay in some better hotel instead. These people are just running a scam , they do not have a proper rate card or thing ! This hotel is genuinely the WORST place I have stayed in. Trust me I have roamed entire India and never ever faced such stupid, rude, unprofessional behaviour. Wish there was a negative rating. Because it's not about the money. It's about their commitment and then turning away from it.

It is my 4th visit to the hotel. As per the stay and location there price is also reasonable. I prefer to stay here for 1. the rooms are well maintained and clean. 2. convinent and easy access for transport, Road and Rail. 3. healthy Food, juice and street food all are few footsteps. 4. the staff are always ready to assist on call. Meetings and Shopping

Good place for living helpfull staff nd clean room perfect location to surat railway station food are also very good

Rooms are good considering price. It's opposite to railway station. Always crowded. No place for parking. Difficult to find on map as there is signal and one way

Not such a good room. There was a water leakage in a washroom. Service and location quite good.

Only the night manager is rude behaviour. Overall good. Rooms are very small also.
