Overpriced rooms average quality. Staff behaviour is not up to the mark. The rooms have a pungent smell.
Their room cleanliness and services are much appreciated. But the whole interior design seems to be outdated. Should be renovated and bit more modernised. In general they offer satisfactory services.

This is among the most busiest properties of Faizabad. Rooms that we stayed in were worth rs.400 but we were charged double of it. there is an extreme delay in the service area. No water bottles are provided by the property. Intercoms are too lazy to connect you to the front desk or restaurant. It took more than 12 tries to connect every time. TVs were not in working condition. we booked 2 rooms and both the TVs were not working. infact there were no TV remotes. Bathroom door of one of the room required hulk to close it properly. The fun part is that you won't exist for the service staff from your arrival untill its time for checkout. The service staff will become too polite to handle at the time of checkout just to earn tip. This was too annoying and obvious. Front desk people are however polite. We ordered dinner which took forever to arrive and same happened with lunch. I would suggest ordering thali of rs230 instead of everything else since it has enough quantity of food and justifies its price. Cleanliness was average.
I personally recommend to not choose this hotel, or choose on your risk. We have paid high charge for this room which is not worth even you can book some lodge rather than this. External pics are good but the shared pics are real one and taken from the room at time of check in and they don't give us any option to change as we paid online so we don't have the option.
