The location is a little far from the temple. For 5k, 6 adults and 2 kids stayed(food is not included). The owner is flexible with time. It's not luxurious but comfortable to be with family. Nice garden for kids to play and elders to relax. Though there is RO, but don't use it, it's highly dirty, and I think it's not serviced in ages.
Good place to enjoy with family.
Needs some maintenance on doors and air conditioning
Otherwise it is good to enjoy vacation
Things not working::
One of the bed rooms has A/C leak. The remote for the other A/C is not working properly. There is no HotWater/Geyser also.
Things working: Good location. This place is really good for a large family stay along with good car park. Just by having a kettle, some tea and Coffee sachets would really add value to the cost charged. Simple things like these don't cost much but takes care of basic necessities.
The rooms were very clean and the rooms were very near to the main road. Food can be ordered through swiggy. Hot water was available all time and service was provided quickly once you give a call. We also hired a tempo from their relatives service, it was also on time and prompt. Would highly recommend the stay.
Nice place and really recommended for the family stay. Pleasant garden with nice seating arrangements to relax. Good service support, and car parking available inside the home itself. Complimentary breakfast provided, and easy accessible for zomato/swiggy orders also..
We enjoyed our stay in one of the villas. We booked our stay with family for a day but extended one more day as we just wanted to relax in the home stay. The garden was so beautiful and calm that we had breakfast and lunch in the sit out area facing the garden. South indian Breakfast and filter coffee provided by them were delicious. The caretaken was very professional and reachable. Our toddler enjoyed running around the garden and we had a great time.
If you are looking for a perfect villa with the budget, then jus knock this bell. I had stayed for couple of nights and hosts were very responsive from the time i reached them regarding my booking and guided me well enough. They helped me to get a driver to visit tirumala hill and the food arranged jus felt like it was in our home. I did recommend to my friends too.
Our stay was extremely comfortable and relaxing. It was just what we were looking for. During pandemic situation, Everything was clean and all the safety protocols were meticulously followed. The staff was friendly, The food was very nice and Yummy and tasted like home food..The location was beautiful too - full of greenery and calm. Overall, it was a lovely stay. We will always look back at it very fondly.

Amazing service and the staff are very helpful. I had a lot of personal documents on me and they made me feel so safe with my belongings. The rooms were so clean and hygienic.

Very good experience staying here for a day. It is very near to starting point of tirumala hills. There are multiple restaurants nearby. Flats are very neatly maintained and are well furnished.
