Small size room, service is very bad. At the time of taking room payment they say one thing and after taking payment they say something else. Nothing will be available in the room like towel, drinking water, handwash, comb, slippers etc.
Hotel was good and rooms were neat with facilities like cupboards, hot water. But looks old as hotel was not so new.
Best part of it is it's location. Very near to Govindaraja swamy temple, some small temples, market, railway station, cabs, bus stand, many famiy restaurants(available 24 hours) and theatres.
One can have lively experience all the day here and can have good view of temple gopurams from here.
This is a budget hotel worth staying in that price.
Hotel rooms are big enough for one family of four. The rooms are clean. The location is good near the railway station and Bus depot.
They need to work more on the bathroom area and toiletries.

Should have kept Geyser for hot water supply when ever needed in rooms instead of only Solar heat system.

Came with family to visit tirupati temple. Booked 4 rooms through goibibo, and it costed around 1k per room. Location is excellent and 5 min walk from bus stand as well as railway station. Resturants and all commodities are available nearby. We asked for extending one room for more 6 hours and they charged 1k additionally.
Rooms are old and not so clean. Service staffs doesn't even visit:) no toiletries/ towels/ water bottle provided.
Most worst hotel, very small room, no hot water, no wifi. Don't know why this room even exists. They don't even accept card/gpay. Don't book this hotel. Wish there was 0 star rating to give.
