Doctor was good but receptionist is very rude. Hospital tisi bar pettukondi worst behaviour. Staff is doing too much overacting. Doctor garu staff is spoiling your name.

Good Experience with Dr Anil Kumar. I am back to normal after the treatment. Dr Anil Kumar was very approachable and patient with my queries and doubts . A quality which is rarely found these days...He clarified all my doubts with respect to my treatment. I am thankful to him. It would be good if they reduce the throat endoscopy cost.

Waiting time is medium 30 min (Doctor was away due to some personal work). Fee is less. Doctor has patiently listened and checked the issue properly. Medicines department needs some improvement. I suggest a min of 5% discount to be provided as in multiple places of Nandyal 15-25% discount is provided

Worst ENT doctor. We visited 2 times to reduce the ear lobe size. He told us that the lobe will be reduced by stitches and the ear ring which will be given by us will be placed in the lobe after lobe size is reduced. He told the same 2 times when we visited. Finally we went to it. We waited for 2 hours. Later he told us to get surgical material like gloves etc. and we brought it for Rs.792. After that he started the procedure. When we asked him when I can wear my earrings he told us it is possible only after 1 1/2 month. As me being a school teacher attending school daily it's difficult for me to go without any earrings for such long period. Then I asked him to stop the procedure immediately and he got irritated and stopped it. He also charged Rs.500 OP charges which are actually just Rs.200. As he already used all the gloves, injection and sutures all the items couldn't be returned and my RS.792 went in vain. I lost total Rs. 1292.
