Very worst service and very uneducated staffs , especially pharmacy staff, we came for emergency but they are push to directly xray without doctor consultation and we are ask for details regarding about the fees structure but that pharmacy staff don't have manners to treat a patient attender and this service shows the hospital quality, it's not recommended for proper hospitality services, if any government authorities see the review, please take a action against this hospital and Doctor also support for the incident and he said they work after 10 pm so staff will be like that so if we are ask questions, that doctor says , it will make a wrong treatment regarding our questions, literally that doctor will threatening the attender and patient. This is so unfair and so before going to treatment so think this before going and definitely i am going to make a complaint against this hospital.
Just before we reached and moved out the hospital simply because of reception staff told us that we can't consult doctor now as they have reached max limit. Well Understood, but this statement from the staff came right after we told that she had fallen and unable to sit with her back with acute pain and please treat on urgent basis. We checked in SPM hospital now. I urge to educate your team to differentiate between urgent Vs normal cases. We shouldn't refer that people will always come in ambulance are critical nor a short way to visit doctor coming in own vehicle. I hope this comment will reach the head of this hospital in a good sense and would take appropriate measure. Thanks.!
Super doctor and good treatment . But medicine are costly...
There is no sufficient place to park our cars. I saw one lady in that hospital,I don't know hers role in that hospital but she shut like the hospital is hers. I am not happy with there work and activities. It's done. Surely we will not pefer the hospital any more.
Familiar ortho hospital in our town. Dr's wife is a dermatologist. She is the best in our town for skin problems.
Need to wait more than 2 hours of after appointment offline to check doctor and there is no appointment online or call. Need to spend one day if it's normal issue also.
Today i came from erode for treatment. Yesterday i enquired over phone and they refuse give appointment and ask to come at 9.30 am to meet Doctor yoganandan. The reception lady not even listen me and simply looking other work and not even giving respect. Also one person told Dr may come or not if you are interested sit or get out from the hospital. Even Dr is good and giving good treatment this type of treatment to patients going to spoil hospital name. Sorry to write the above.
