Doctor of Urology is a nice and humble person.. He attains the hospital on saturday evening and sunday. Hospital is clena and hygenic.. Hospital management needs to be upgraded.. My patient waited for more than two hours to discharge from the hospital just because of computer software updating in cash counter. Nurses are good but behaviour of cash counter boy (27.08.2023 2..50 pm) is somewhat rude.. they think that hospitals is owned by them and we r just their customers.. The owner should train their staff regularly to behave nicely with patients or attendants..

had a surgery for my mother. other than the pharmacy crowd, everything was seamless and quite reasonable. we took the executive room as a cabin and it was cleaned constantly. there was a suite area as well as clean washrooms. facilities were good for a sick person. Amongst other feedbacks, nurses should be better trained. but awesome selection of doctors and amazing hospitality. the feedback loop was quite well. However I have had one OPD experience and that was also quite at par.

During treatment I have been noticed that Doctors are very rude not frankly eventhough they cannot tell you the real causes of sick they confuse us and always say have to admit. All the staff behavior is not good. In hospital Phemasist are careless they gave me wrong medicine for treatment, if nurses can not recognize that medicine it turns into serious one so thanks to nurse. Some nurses are good . Security guards are over attitude and disrespectful. TIMES they show us their facilities for which we can pay huge amount with facing all above. So it's betters to prefer Nemcare Or EMM

Worst management system ever seen in a hospital in my career, Better go to Government hospital. They r only thirsty for money. Money is important for all but we pay u for ur services. Stop treating patients like beggars. Please go to nearest clinic and consult the MD, it will save ur quality time along with money also.

Very bad service towards customer. I have given 26/11/2023 Sunday CT scan in times Hospital , they are promised next day 12pm but I have come 4 hours not ready my report. Receptionist not responding my request. Very bad this hospital manner. I never ever come again.

It was a very great experience with TIMES Hospital for my father's heart treatment. My father suffered an emergency heart problem and the hospital managed all the things very well and took very good care. All the doctors are very good and experts. All the nurses and other staff is very helpful, supportive and very good at their work. Overall hospital is very clean and very well arranged. Thank you.

I just visited today with my grandfather and while checking out my grandfather was unable to walk properly so nurse gave me wheel chair..I just took it outside because i didn't knew that the chair cannot take outside but one security guard came to me and he was so disrespectful towards me.. He asked me to take the wheel chair back to the parking he is already seeing that i am with the patient who cannot walk properly and he behaves like that with me .. and i asked why noone tell me before ?and he said 'chup chap andar rakhdo ye chair'and i quitly took the chair inside after making my grandfather seated in the vehicle ..Very mannerless and non train security ..

Worst experience ever. Never going there & never recommending anyone for this so called reputed TIMES HOSPITAL ever. We went there for my mother's treatment & Dr Sushil Barhoi recommended for operation. As suggested operation went good. After the operation when saline was given to my mother a nurse came and started giving my mother water. When I opposed she said that patient can have water. I never heard that before. After that my mom starts to vomit. When I called them they that my mom is vomiting please come and check they even don't responds me. They were all busy gossiping with each other. When I called them for the fourth time one of the nurse came and said that eneke vomi kore nki eman kamjor hole keneke hobo. Have she lost her mind. I have not said a word. Doctor told us that she will need 6 months for recovery... Okay fine. But it's been a year and went for checkup also but doctor said that eku sinta koribo loga kotha nohoi. Alp time lagei thik hobole. Bikh tu alp thakibo e. But why ??? It's almost a year she is not feeling well and have to visit out of Assam for the same treatment. & Now she is feeling much better. Now the thing is all they know is to loot money from people like us. Worst service and worst doctors and staffs.
