This is one of the best option in gym you'll find out in North Dumdum and in Belgharia-Birati area... All the trainers are soo well trained, you'll get cardio, weight training, cross fit, yoga and calisthenics equipment here, the members are very frank and always there to support you If you are having a bad day, this place can make you feel better... don't believe in my words, go there you'll get the proof
